It was a good day!!!
All smiles with 45 mins of cardio plus my abs workout and some weights. It felt good to get back to the gym after three or four days away from it. Funny that even though I feel great after working out I still have to really work hard to motivate myself to get there. That doesn’t make any sense to me. Must be a left-over habit from less healthy days.
Anyway, progress is onward and upward… er, downward?
