It was a good day!!!

All smiles with 45 mins of cardio plus my abs workout and some weights. It felt good to get back to the gym after three or four days away from it. Funny that even though I feel great after working out I still have to really work hard to motivate myself to get there. That doesn’t make any sense to me. Must be a left-over habit from less healthy days. :)

Anyway, progress is onward and upward… er, downward?

Time to get serious!

Okay…so tomorrow is the day I seriously need to get serious about weight loss. I am the type of person who gets started, but never finishes the personal goals I set for myself. I really want to get down to 150lbs….I’ve never been that weight as an adult and it would be really nice. Once I get into exercising, I’m quite the junkie, but I have a hard time with the type of food that I shove in my mouth.
I’d really like to lose a good 15lbs by the end of August….I hope it can happend, I have made a promise that I will be diligent starting tomorrow and will begin exercising and eating well. For a motivational tool, I will follow up with a weekly message, hopefully I’ll begin to see results in my weight, body and my mind set.
